Steele
O'Neil and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Barbara
O'Neil and Susan Steele
to create a regional agency to deliver employment programs and
consulting services.
Steele
O’Neil has delivered a diverse number of programs and services
to communities ranging from a Revitalization Plan for the City
of Cranbrook, a number of environmental and career programs for
youth (Environmental Youth Teams, Moving Forward program) to consulting
with non profit agencies. As well, the company has managed numerous
employment-related programs in the Kootenays, which have enhanced
employment opportunities for hundreds of individuals.
The firm also provides business counselling, and has recently
expanded services to Vancouver Island.
